Ok, so that settles it - the news was out. I didn't find out where he was from - but he made this prediction in May.

You are correct - he most definitely should have contacted authorities. A 'missing children" predication/dream should be kept to the side and when he hears of any such tragedy, quickly notified the state. That is - if he believes his own press. What good is a 'gift' if he doesn't use it to help others. In that case alone - he could have possibly saved 3 lives and the untold grief of their families.
