Something seems wrong about this roller coaster treatment of PVdS. One day their giddy with interest and excitement over his detention, then poof! a visiting judge rules he must be released. Is that visiting judge where the fix could possibly be in? Is that how the Arubans get out of the box they are in? Time will tell, but this roller coaster makes no sense to me, none whatsoever.
Mark for later
My gloom comes from what I have been able to figure out about the legal system there. The only hope at this point is with the Texas Equusearch group.
We can only pray they find her body, for if I understand that legal system, no body means no prosecution.
He's a weak man.

I agree, Txrangerette. Especially since Natalee's Mom was so sure the Dad was somehow involved, due to something he said to her earlier this week. This is pure speculation, but could the fix be - Juran will be charged, but won't serve much time due to his age of 17. The *frame the security guards* didn't work, so now - will it be just the son??? Pardon my pure T speculation. :)
Also, it's strange that the news of PVDS being a so called Failure of Judge Test, just came out last night. Why wasn't that information available from the start?? As time goes on, there's more questions than answers in this case.
