Gracey, what I meant if they were her friends, a real intervention on their part could have possibly stopped Natalee's demise. I agree, they were probably asked not to discuss the incident with others.
Unfortunately the were walking around with their minds in the sky typical mindset of, we are in Aruba, it's party-time.
In the best interest of the investigation, it would be far better to keep them away from the limelight of the media.

Yes, there is some enlightenment. However, let's wait and see what her "friends" say after this investigation is over. I'm sure they will be all over TV giving their views and opinions. I'm glad that most of them are abiding by the Holloway/Twitty wishes and staying away from the media.
