I know those S. American
areas pretty well. I lived
in Caracas for a time in the
1970's. Those areas are all
pretty much alike....only the
names are different...but what's
in a name?
I misspelled Curacao. Never lived over there, but I was on a cruise that stopped in both Aruba and Curacao last week. The topography of those two is completely different. Aruba is actually not so pretty. Except for the resort areas, and beaches, it's all cactus, dirt and stone, almost barren looking.
