To: Howlin

FAILED JUDGE = a SIT IN Judge who failed his finals to become a Full Time Judge, thus leaving him "turned down" for a Full Time or Sit In judge position. That is how I take it, this means be would no longer be able to even be a sit in judge, unless he went back to school again. Back to square one for the wanna be Judge.

From what I've read, they don't get another chance. The process ceases. Period.

From my earlier link,

"The Committee, in most cases, advises the candidates to take part in training as substitute judges for about a year. If the candidate is deemed incompetent during that training period, the appointment procedure will then cease, and if deemed eligible, the court may recommend his or her appointment to the government."
