Or alcohol and Ambien. I took that sleeping pill for awhile, and I couldn't recall going to BED..My husband would remind me that we had discussed things before I went to bed, and I SWEAR, I didn't remember.

NO MORE AMBIEN for me..no way!

My sister took ambien for a while too and had amnesia a few times and stopped taking it.

Ask your dr. about switching to Klonopin Wafers. Ambien gave me the night time "amnesia" and I always felt a "drug hangover" the next day, even though I took a low dose. Klonopin doesn't seem so harsh on the system.

Of course, a hot toddy and a good book sometimes work, too!

And, now back to our regularly scheduled thread....
