I don't think that will ever happen. I also don't think the Aruban government cares if this case is solved or not. They just want Natalee's family off of their island. I will never step foot in Aruba nor will any of my money as long as I am aware of it.
A flaw in your forgiving scenario.
They came out, they were told Nat was missing, they were asked where she was, then they got into telling the son not to answer, being unhelpful and rude.
Making excuses for this isn't washing. You see this is not some bad neighborhood in the Bronx. This is Aruba, The sloots knew the cops, they knew who these people were.
That was just too eerie as Nat's mom and Greta were going through the room and N's stuff.
Natalee's drivers license was not there.
Beth stated that she believes that Natalee is still on the island (Aruba).
Understanding the mother of the missing daughter is easy. More challenging is understanding the situation from the other parent's POV.
Being something of a hothead where protecting my own children is concerned, I can understand Natalee's parents. But I can also understand how PVDS might have/ probably did feel in the situation that presented on his doorstep at 3 a.m.
I think that the Holloways' handled that initial encounter badly--given the descriptions that we have of that morning. I understand the impulse to act as they did. Completely. But it was not the best way or even the preferred way to greet a situation where what you want is the cooperation of the person you're meeting.
Neither do I.
We have your number.
Beth is getting very depressed. She has lost a lot of hope of every finding her daughter. She knows there is just so much that she and her family and friends can do to find her. Without any help from the government officials there isn't much else they can do on their own. Unless the search team comes up with something they are at a stand still. Juran isn't going to talk after his father told him to shut up. I'm sure his father has explained to him that as long as he doesn't say anything they can't charge him.
It's sickening.
All he wants is his daughter. He will be glad to get the hell out of that place with just her body!
They even got the DJ, Croes to support the Holiday Inn Lie, too. My question - How does someone have that much power over others, to get them to LIE to the police. Very stange, imo.
Greta is covering the Lies on her show right now. Hope she gets some answers. I felt so sad for Beth tonight. She was giving Greta a tour of Natalee's room and belongings. Her little voice sounded so depressed, which is so understandable.
Prayers for Natalee and her precious family.
Of course we will all bow to your superior manner of handling things when your daughter is missing in a foreign country.
I have watched your posts from the beginning. You never fail to get an edgewise nasty comment in about the Holloways. You are not as obvious as some, but you are transparent.
And rather full of yourself.
Incidentally, I have never been to Aruba and I can account for my whereabouts the evening Natalee went missing, so get off my back. Do not misuse another post of mine. Friend of the family or not, if you choose to quote me do it in it's entirety, not what fits your purpose.
Croes didn't know ANY of the other three? He said nobody asked him to do it? He just did it?
You did it again kcvl. Just what is your problem?
Chew on that one..
Steve Croes told Greta that he does not know any of the 3, he does not know Deepak, Satish, or Joran. Croes stated he was/is a client of the internet cafe but does not Deepak personally.
He should be locked up for interfering w/an investigation.
You have done nothing except trash this family for the last seven days.
