I agree with the SP and SP parents comparison. I know Jackie and Lee knew that SP murdered Laci, but hey, Laci was expendable too, even the baby.

Exactly. This family did NOT want to provide answers. You are right, they wanted Beth to "go away" and being a desperate mother, she wasn't about to do so. It only makes sense. Where do you start to look for your missing child except with the LAST KNOWN person to be with them? Pretty logical imo!

No, I never attacked the parents, I thought the statements and interviews by Jug have been petty and counter productive, not to mention the name calling. He wasn't on that island 24 hours and called PVDS a slimeball. Since what you do around here is find the facts, tell me once where I trashed the parents.

If upset parents arrived at my house in the middle of the night, wanting to know where thier daughter was, I would track my son down immediately, and demand that he help in any way he could, and fess up OR ELSE!
And, I have raised two boys. Had a girl, drunk, trying to sneak into our house to hook up with one of them. I know about teenagers and the stupid messes they get into.
We are parents. We supervise, and call them on the carpet when they screw up. That is our job, like it or not.
The VanDerSloots owed more to the Holloways than telling Joran to "shut up". I would have demanded one of my sons to 'fess up', get his pants on, and help search for the girl. If he pulled one of those "who, me?" routines, I would have called the "polis" myself.

I disagreed with it, but this PILING ON is what I find disturbing - almost psychotic.
Kind regards to you for sticking to your guns. It was, after all, just an opinion on the topic. Thereafter, you have been personally insulted, which I believe is much worse and diminishes the forum.
