remind me to tell you sometime about a member of 10th LA IN, who "was standing as a picket" at G'burg & had a conversation & a companionable smoke, "with a dead fellow". (HIS WORDS!)

the re-enactor SUDDENLY had a desperate "need to go to town for a beer & a pizza" & "visit friends" until morning.
