Real Genius was great! Then you ought to like:
"Back in 82, I could throw a pigskin a quarter mile."
Jon Gries seems to have a nose for quotable, whacky scripts.

While that scene in the cockpit was funny at the time, the trials in the Roman Catholic Church have dampened my taste for homosexual pedophilia humor.
But who could forget: <Holding up extension cord plug>"Just Kidding."
Shalom.

No Time For Sergeants. Andy griffith was brilliant in that role. I loved the part where the Sarge makes him a PLO, Permanent Latrine Orderly. He considered it a badge of honor. He has all the toilet seats snap to attention for inspection. Very funny.

Actually, I didn't care for Napoleon Dynamite. It had some semi-memorable quotes, but nothing IMO that has staying power.

All good. But the most memorable line from that movie is
It's not going to be an orgy, it's a toga party...'
Although the Germans bombing Pearl Harbor is close, along with 'That boy is a P..I..G..pig'

Oh, I disagree. The same thing could be said about most of the other quotes on this thread. No one is going to agree across the board. These things are subjective by definition.
"You mom goes to college."
You just can't top that for brevity, zing, and pointlessness. It's least as good as "Toga! Toga! Toga"
To: Tanniker Smith

Rules?! In a knife fight? No rules!
Michael Ansara's got a great voice for delivering lines, which is probably why he's my favorite Klingon (although I don't let my wife know that).

Is it just me or are there more great lines, as a percentage of movies made, in the early years? Can someone do the math?

Gale: Alright ya' hayseeds, it's a stick-up. Everybody freeze. Everybody down on the ground.
Old Man in bank: Well, which is it young feller? You want I should freeze or get down on the ground? Mean to say, if'n I freeze, I can't rightly drop. And if'n I drop, I'ma gonna be in motion. You see...
Gale: Shut up!
Old Man in bank: Okay then.
Gale: Everybody down on the ground!
Evelle: Y'all can just forget that part about freezin' now.
Gale: Better still to get down there.
Evelle: Yeah, y'all hear that, don't ya'?
[Everybody lays down. Gale looks at the now-empty teller windows]
Gale: Shit! Where'd all the tellers go?
Teller's voices: We're down here sir.
Evelle: They're on the floor as you commanded, Gale.
