The burial of Terri Schiavo's cremated remains didn't bring an end to the acrimony between her husband and her family.
Michael Schiavo angered his late wife's family Monday by not notifying them about the burial beforehand
Still, her parents welcomed the news until they found that a graveside plaque reads "I kept my promise," reports Gordon Byrd of CBS radio affiliate WHNZ.
Michael Schiavo who said he promised his wife he would not keep her alive artificially also listed Feb. 25, 1990, as the date his wife "Departed this Earth."
On that date, Schiavo collapsed and fell into what most doctors said was an irreversible vegetative state.
Schiavo actually died March 31, nearly two weeks after her feeding tube was removed by court order. The grave marker lists that date as when Schiavo was "at peace."
David Gibbs, an attorney for the woman's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, decried the inscriptions on the marker. "Obviously, that's a real shot and another unkind act toward a grieving mom and dad," Gibbs said.

This grave marker is a testament to Michael's hatred...of Terri, and of her parents...and of his obsessive need to justify himself.
Exactly, but on all accounts Terri never left this earth until March. Even Michael Schiavo was convinced Terri was brain dead. People who are brain damaged don't leave the earth until they die. You can't die twice! Anyhow, I hope the people he sued for all that money sue him to get their money back!
He has yet to experience what hell is really like.
Sure, he kept his promise. His promise to kill her.
but I am sure people will stick behind him - even after this despicable act.
I agree .....birds of a feather flock together.
Herr Richter Greer will probably issuing an order to separate the water farther from Terri.
Even without the objectionable content, I'd be unimpressed with the apparent quality of manufacture.
BTW, I rejected the first casting of my wife's marker because the letterforms did not come out acceptably (the second casting was much better). Mikey was probably in a rush to needle his in-laws some more, though.
The words are TERRY'S!
The stupid $h!t doesn't have enough firing synapses to realize ... TERRY has publically had the last word ...
"I kept my promise."
So, what do you think of the grave marker, justshutup?
Tasteful or no? Was it a good dig at those "insane" people?
Great Job! What fun is a Terri thread with out some hate spewed towards the Judge. Thank God this fraud of Christian, Greer has been outed.
At least you recognize he's a fraud.
Tasteful or no? Was it a good dig at those "insane" people?
I'd be interested to see if the pro-Greer types answer that question. I've already seen a few responses that imply it's fine, as a revenge kind of thing.
Read my #48
That's sand. It was apparently just set.
Thats right, Greer is Satan come to life, makes one wonder why Jesus would die one the cross, to forgive the sins of a false Christian such as Greer.
That's what I noticed also about the quality of the headstone, but it occured to me, it was probably was from his pissing on her grave.
58 posts and no one mentioned that fact that Michael buried her in Florida.
How do we know he did? Was it certified by somebody?
