Just because Hood is politically ambitious doesn't mean he shouldn't have pushed the case. Pushing the case was the right thing to do because it proves that the Mississippi flag is not a symbol of racism, as this Kluxer scum was convicted under that beautiful rebel flag.

This is a victory for the South against Northerners who would accuse Southerners who are proud of their heritage of being racist
