You hit it right on the head, JFC! Katie is still a starstuck little girl and easily swayed. Any older woman in Hollywood knows Cruise for who he is and will stay away from any entanglement with him.
She's like 24 years old. She is old enough to know exactly what she is doing. The problem is that she's an idiot - and she will be the same idiot when she is 40.
