Cruise is not in Batman Begins. I believe his "beard-trothed" *is* in that film, though.
To: Blue Turtle
I have to admit I have a little more respect for him seeing how he handled those doofi in london.

All The Right Moves was perhaps one of his best films. The kid making the stupid mistake that might screw up his life forever. Redemption at getting a second chance.

He's in love...good for him. Leave the guy alone, he has been a great actor and a damn good gentleman throughout this whole press bash. Yup... But he's still nuts. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

What is that liquid wasn't water squirted but something worse, like a caustic chemical or some kind of acid? With the threat of terrorism these days, I don't blame Cruise one bit for reacting the way he did. In fact, he handled it like a gentleman.

The "New York Center for Jungian Studies" is unbiased? I do not defend Scientology or Scientologists, but to my understanding, Jung edited a Nazi psychotherapeutic journal, even writing at that time that "the 'Aryan' unconscious has a higher potential than the Jewish." Keep that word "potential" in your mind. It will be used by American psychology."
To: Blue Turtle
great actor Absolutely. Did you see the movie where he plays a cocky hotshot with good teeth who ultimatley triumphs? I forget which one that was.

I think Tom was trying out for the Village People.

I think Jack Nicholson is the best of all American actors today. Robert Duvall and Gene Hackman are also two of the best.

Jung was a Neo-Freudian.

Well, now, you say they lie. Have you ever gotten you info first hand by talking to them? Or have you gotten it third-hand through the rumor-mill?
Remember, there generally is another side to the story. After all, many donks (especially in the MSM and academia) generally believe that pubbies hate children and are drooling neanderthals. Of course, few of them have actually even met a pubbie...
To: Frumious Bandersnatch
And no, I am not a scientologist and have no intention of becoming one. But if I ever do research on them, I'll go to them to get their beliefs first-hand. Look, let me save you a lot of time and boil it down for you: you get to be a Scientologist if you're not quite stupid enough to be a Muslim.
You're welcome.

Well I know from personal experience that loves makes you crazy. So I would guess he's temporarily insane.

I have no idea, and frankly it is the side issue. Assume he did write for a Nazi journal...does that make all psychiatry, as practiced today, 'Nazi Science' as Cruise claimed?

I agree, that would be horrible, but his response was given after he determined that it was a harmless substance. Just seems odd is all; not wrong. I would've punched the squirter.
