people obviously are free to criticize whomever they see fit, but it boggles my mind how the BEREAVED ones are targeted for their behavior. Sure, i understand that the v d Sloots are beside themselves with worry over their son. no one can take that away from them. but if beth twitty, her husband and ex-husband, were to fly into a public fit of rage, tearing their hear, rending their clothes over the disappearance of their daughter and their frustration and fury at the lack of answers, i would not say a critical word. It is quite possible i would do the same in their position. again, i am not ADVOCATING that behavior, but it would require a total lack of empathy not to understand what would drive them to it.
Well, we both know if they didn't say ONE WORD, somebody would be right along to say that they just weren't acting BEREAVED enough. Go figure.
