I wonder what Greta has said privately to Natalee's mother...her take on Joran's family, the whole set up at the house with the refreshments and candle by the prayer card, the convenient phone call taking Papa VdS away from the interview at a tricky point, etc.. ..... Greta has so much legal experience, there's no way Joran's family fooled her, so she must have confided her thoughts to Natalee's mother and family, perhaps suggested more approaches that might work.

Greta's probably having a hard time being an unbiased journalist right about now. I've heard her say several times how the Fox News people don't just "report the news" on these types of stories -- they go around and visit and get to know the parties involved.

Someone on this thread mentioned how Greta had sold out by doing the VDS interview, but I disagree 100%. That's what I expect. I want to see both sides so I can make my own decision.

I know this isn't real popular around here, but I like Greta; of course, I'm a court reporter and an unapologetic trial/crime junky!

Nita, it was I who said she sold out. It is to my understanding the interview was to be attended by both Ms Holloway&Greta Van Cistern. Greta being the scoop happy individual like her brother Whoraldo had to go it alone.

As a professional courtesy, Greta should have held off the second interview and waited to see why Ms Holloway could not attend.

This was highly unprofessioal to me and Greta fell right into the (bucolic scenario of sympathy/legal strategy) the VDS's and lawyers have yearned for in this case.

As a point of order, Greta has never impressed me in the least as to her abilities as a lawyer, or reporter. I submit you do have the right to disagree with my reponse.

When the,"Silver Bird," lands, we will all see who was right or wrong in our theories/speculations.

This post was not to be sarcastic, but to give you the source of who said Greta(sell out) done sold out. NSNR

Greta is one clever lady lawyer. Her actions down in Aruba have been gutsy and breathtaking. Let's hope and pray she pries the truth out of this bunch. As for the average Aruban being sick and tired of this mess and American bullying media, that's understandable...from their point of view N's disappearance puts their livelihood in jeopardy. But if you asked them what they'd like to happen if one of their children disappeared, they'd probably admit they'd act like N's mom.
