It is standard practice for the county Medical Examiner (in this case, Pinellas County, Florida) to perform autopsies on those who die in that county.

Also, who determined who was going to perform the autopsy?I'm no doctor, but that autopsy had to be like dissecting a saltine cracker. I don't see how the conclusions from such an autopsy could possibly have any credibility. The forensic doctor could pretty much say anything he wanted. I don't trust the whole thing. Not at all.
