Yeah--sure, everything is Bush's fault---

Do you know who I keep thinking about today for some reason? It is that Army guy that was in Baghdad last year, and shot his gun to the side and above the head of a terrorist, in order to get information, that he later used to keep his troops safe...

HE was court-martialed, I beleive, and his rank was dropped so far, that he had to leave the service, even though he wanted to be a "lifer"---I hated that decision--he saved his men...

So, today I compare that man, to Durbin, and I would rather have men like the Army guy running this country, even though he was court-martialed than Durbin, any day!

The problem is - the rules our military have differ somewhat from just USA laws - because the situations are different. But .. the rule said you cannot discharge your weapon during interrogation. I didn't see any problem with what he did .. but the military couldn't let that go. I'm sure it was a very difficult choice for them to make.

But .. if he had shot off his weapon on the battlefield in order to get the guy to talk - it would have been okay.
