Code Pink demonstrating at the White House is not, by itself, reprehensible. However, every Friday night Code Pinkos do their obscene, morale-sapping, blood dance outside Walter Reed Army Medical where are war-wounded are trying to recover.

Help us peacefully counter the leftists' attempt to molest our wounded troops. Don't let the troops think that the Pinkos are somehow representative of the nation.

If you live in the DC area and there is any possible way for you to come, please join us tonight in countering the leftists. Here is the thread with details as to time and place:

FReepers vs. Code Pink at Walter Reed, June 10 (Join us June 17!)
DC Chapter ^ | June 15, 2005 | BillF

Posted on 06/15/2005 10:55:44 PM PDT by BillF

For the ninth time in just over 10 weeks, DC Chapter FReepers conducted a FReep of Code Pink's anti-war protest at the gate of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where many of the most severely wounded troops from the war in Iraq and Afghanistan are taken for continued treatment and rehabilitation. The FReep of the leftists' obscene blood dance was on the Friday night, June 10.

[snip]

The leftist numbers have been dropping and they seem to be running out of steam.  If we could get another ten or fifteen FReepers to show up for some of these FReeps and sufficiently outnumber the leftists, embarrassment may cause the leftists to stop these outrageous morale-damaging ("Maimed for a lie" was one of their signs on that night) demonstrations at the hospital. What about you? Can you spare a few hours on a Friday night?

Comparing pix of the Commies with pix of the FReepers, one thing leaps out at you... they have NO American flags.

Guess they're ashamed.

I know the feeling, JVb... looks like AGreatPer was thirsting for a beverage, as well.

In a first in FReeper history, Jimmy Valentine's brother held a die-in to protest other FReepers' extra-innings arguments with the leftists that were keeping us from beer. His protest paid off as most of us soon withdrew to an undisclosed location for food and drink.

Great line, BillF...

It was amusing to have this "Impeach Bush" guy explain that Bush stole both elections and would somehow be impeached. I said "how do you get up every morning knowing that Bush is President." He replied, "no, he's an imposter, not really President." I said "shouldn't you be out on a ledge somewhere?"

I'm sorry that I missed you guys. It looks like you had a lot of fun. The day would have been too long for me... I wouldn't have had the strength to do yesterday and tonight (plus I might have caused extra trouble, I'll explain that further to those who show up at WRAMC tonight.)

Great work, everyone!

He could not.

If he is not President, how can he be impeached?

You guys rock! BTW, please tell Nofel that one of the things I am most proud of is my generation's role in the liberation of his country. I've been on the liberation bandwagon ever since I saw the pictures of Hallabjah, but there's no need for thanks...the pictures of Iraqis with purple fingers were all the thanks I need!

Excellent FReep, excellent report. Thank you for fighting the good fight. Know that you are joined in these efforts by the spirit of many fellow FReepers. God Bless you all.

This is one of the funniest things I've seen.

To all: Great job for Freeping when others cant be there.

A walking and talking stereotype of himself. Is it me or does it look like he just got done smoking a huge fatty and is looking for the local Taco Bell to sate his munchies? He just happens to stumble onto this protest and thought "Whoooooa! Like awesome! No Blood For Oil! Bush is a Nazi! Narrrrrrly maaaaannnnnnn. Uhhh, Anyone got a bag of chips?

Thank you to all who made it to this Freep. Because you were there, the liberal freak show didn't have the media and therefore public opinion to themselves.

That's obscene. These people freely volunteered to fight and these scumbag code pink commies are protesting the injured hero's? I don't know who said it, but liberalism IS a mental disease. They should be down on their knees begging for these vets forgiveness.
