Hey, they knew they were building their $1,000,000 homes on top of a fault line.

Does that go the same for those that live in tornado, hurricane country, and along rivers?

The most outrageous examples are those who rebuild where their destroyed home once sat, paid for by taxpayer dollars because they asked for government help.
