Judge Napolitano was discussing Arubian law with John Gibson earlier saying that if she is dead, not finding a body will be difficult to prosecute in that country. Apparently it's never been done. The Mother country, the Netherlands reportedly has tried one case like that.
I heard the Judge earlier too. It may be impossible to prove a case against anyone there if her body never turns up.
