Yesterday the judge determined that there was enough evidence to continue holding Satish. So what happened between then and now to make the evidence go away? Why transfer Satish over to the prison at all if they are ging to release him for lack of evidence?
I'd read where each time they go before the judge for a review (every 8 days? I think), the prosecuters have to show more evidence to back the reason to continue the detention up.
