I've been in C&C's in the Carib. and all over Mexico. Loud, wild, and rowdy. Very popular with the younger crowd (which I am not), but I would call them a bit on the "seedy" side. A funny thing happened to me in one in Mazatlan (do not go there) about 15 years ago. I had to use the restroom. The toilet was attached to the wall, not the floor. I sat down and the whole thing detached from the wall, water went flying everywhere, and I went down with it! (At that time I weighed about 110 lbs.) Terribly embarrassing, but we got our meal free.
Canjungirl, I agree with your feelings about Aruba. I think there may be some powerful "juju" goin' on there. Love Cozumel. Hate Cancun, Costa Rica, Puerto Rica.
Or..........maybe it was "Senor Frog's". They are all alike.
I guess you were supposed to stand and straddle? I would imagine that you were not a happy camper.
