I'm totally new to this thread, but I'd like to ask if any of you know how dependable the official crime stats for Aruba are?
How feasible is it that they don't report their crime because tourism is their main industry?
If you've already discussed this, could you please let me know the general number of the posts where I could find this info?

It was discussed but not in any great depth. Most agree that Aruba fudges their crime stats by not convicting their criminals. At least that is my take on it.
