I just found a link on operatio wiseguy and the Caruana/Cuntrera CN family, the ones in Aruba and guess what. Caruana, the big CN honcho, the one who bought up Aruba,,,he is the brother in law of Pablo Escobar!! He started out in Canada which is referred to as a lab for organized crime, and then went to Venezuela and Aruba.

Remember in John Grisham's THE FIRM how the undertone of helplessness ran through most of the book. That is the same feeling I get When I see these "officials" on TV. In the movie it was best conveyed when the guy was sitting there in his backyard with the sprinkler hitting him.
