Palm Beach County prosecutors told a judge Wednesday that they want to see all of Rush Limbaugh's seized medical records to determine whether he engaged in a long-term pattern of criminal prescription drug abuse.

The former housekeeper, Wilma Cline, and her husband, David, told investigators they sold Limbaugh "large quantities" of prescription drugs bought on the street for "many years," according to the search warrants used to seize the medical records.

Sounds like "medical records shopping."
The Drug War has relied on such unsavory witnesses for decades. So it goes.
Pingable?
Why very good point I am sure Rush' doctors vacation outside their home state. No matter that Florida has made the news for children being abducted and killed by released child predators. No matter that in the name of overcrowding, Florida has had to release prisoners serving time for sexual assault, 2nd degree homicide, robbery and other crimes against person and property. No matter that County budgets are stretched to the max. There is no better way to make use of law enforcement monies than by going after Rush Limbaugh. And he has been charged with what Crime? Please lets not get bogged down in petty details.
All of those issues are very valid points. All have been subjugated to the Drug War. That's just the way it is.
Yep. Do you think we might use the argument that people have the drugs cause the drugs are prisoners of war?
