If I personally agree or disagree dosen't matter. Was any court ever petitioned to remove this right ?

The 2nd DCA in Florida acknowledged Mr Schiavo was conflicted, that was part of their basis for their decision to enable Judge Greer, as a representative of the state, order the death of Terri Schiavo.

Should states have that power?
