It doesn't matter what you think, public record means its open for the public to see. Sealed means just that sealed where no one is permitted access. You make me laugh, call me a poser if it makes you feel better, but I don't fake knowledge only to make statements that prove otherwise. Ask your county courthouse to explain the difference, grow a little from the knowledge you will receive. Done.
Are you too dense to realize the ONLY part that can be sealed is the SETTLEMENT?
We do NOT have "secret" lawsuits/accusations in this country against public officials.
