Okay, here's how I see it. We don't know anything about you, other than what you've told us. Since you can't prove what you say, we have no reason to believe you. For all we know you could be an ex-girlfriend of his, or a disgruntled former employee, or whatever, telling lies and trying to cause trouble.

The only way to really "know someone" is to know them personally. And even then....who knows? LOL That was one of the reasons I was disgusted on the Terri threads before. Many FReepers were making wild, unsubstantiated accusations about her husband, doctor, judge, etc. The same folks said that Terri would want to live, as if they personally knew her. Really sick and demented sometimes.

See, that's the thing about the internet. A person can make all kinds of assertions and allegations, but unless you can provide something to back up your assertions and allegations, what you've said is nothing by 1's and 0's in cyberspace. I have no idea who you are, so I have no reason to believe what you say. I'm sure you understand that.
I understand, and I'm glad that YOU at least understand the point I was making about CVs. I do think it's important when people start posting this stuff, especially about reputations, or character or such, that they try to back it up with evidence of some type. Otherwise we can just sit here and call each other names all night :)
