NO shit. They would be better off with some "ancient" M-14's for real killing power. Trouble is, they would have to learn to shoot rather than spray and pray.

I shoot sub-1" groups @ 200yrds with my DPMS. Not too shabby for a "squirrel gun". Currently saving up for a
Bluegrass Armory Viper before they are outlawed.
