Yes, BASELESS. 'Unexplained' does NOT mean that you can fictionalize any scenario out of whole cloth. If you are going to fling around accusations, then you'd better be prepared to back them up with substantial evidence.

Here's my claim: She was unconscious -- severly unconscious when she first was found. The reason for that is undetermined. Mike Schiavo is a bully. Her x-rays showed some signs of what might have bruises acquired by an abusive spouse. Mike Schiavo is a hot head. The record of her care and the case show a pattern of heartlessness on the part of Mike Shiavo. Mike Schiavo is said to have been a control-freak about his wife's activities.

Sum: In my opinion, based on those claims, there is a significant likelyhood that Micheal Schiavo caused injury his wife that night in their home that resulted in her condition.

Second Pleading: If it is the case that Mike Schiavo did NOT directly cause injury on that night, he is still accessory to murder. Why? By complicity and action in bringing forward the case before the Murderer Judge Greer to have her murdered.

For she was murdered. That is a fact.
