Then the nurses that fed her just had to be lying. I really didn't expect this report by the medical examiner to read any different.

What I don't get is how an ME can tell from the autopsy that she couldn't swallow. Seems a bit reaching to me.

She could swallow her saliva from all accounts. Judge Greer ordered that she must not be given any nutrition orally, too. Then they killed her so they could tell us she could not swallow. I think this report will probably be found in the novel section someday.
It will be interesting what other M.E.'s say about it.
