No its not. Of course race is an issue, otherwise Jesse Jackson would not have been there. If MJ's accuser had been black he would have been convicted.
If MJ's accuser had been black he would have been convicted. I don't believe the accuser's race had any bearing on this case but rather MJ's celebrity. IMO, had it been any other Joe Schmo sleeping with boys, one for 365 days, he would have been convicted within hours.
