Okay...I can't provide a specific example of you defending Schiavo. So I apologize unreservedly for that statement. I should not have assumed that candee's statement was accurate in the absence of proof.

I could only stand to watch a few minutes of the jury talking afterward but what a stark contrast to the thoughtful, intelligent jurors from the Peterson trial.

When you give quarter to stupid people coming to verdicts based on things that don't have anything at all to do with the child being molested, you ARE giving license to these stupid jurors not to be accountable for their dumb results.

And when jurors think it's okay with people if they make their decisions on PERSONAL VIEWS, then it IS on the people's heads who don't stand up and shout about it.
