But isn't that also the prosecution's fault for using them as witnesses? So what you're bascially saying is just what Jackson wants you to say/think; the family sucks so he can get away with it.

No, I'm saying that the prosecution should have done a better job. The mother was not credible as a witness. That doesn't mean I don't think Jacko is guilty-the jury should have been able to get him on the lesser charges at least-but the DA blew it, quite frankly.
