So now it's considered "justice" to be financially ruined by a prosecution that results in a not guilty verdict?

Here is the point that is in question. Was there not enough evidence in this case to bring it to trial? Just because you have faith in this jury of "favorable" prosecution elements doesn't make the case that anyone who disagrees with you are reactionary.

There are certainly people on this forum that were more concerned with justice than they were with soap opera. The demonstrable fact that MJ has a history of pedophile accusations and his freely admitted preference to sleeping with minors is damning enough to merit scrutiny. If we're to concern ourselves with financial repercussions then we need to consider the fact that it was self-inflicted by MJ in every instance. Neverland??
