The amount of woman hating from some -people never, ever ceases to amaze me.

A few years back, this mentality killed a pregnant college student. She hadn't told her "devout Catholic" parents she was pregnant, ... while her "devout" parents were sound asleep at home, confident that their virginal daughter was safe at college. If she was at college, she was at least 18 and an adult. She could have sought help at the infimary. The mentality of the parents was not to blame.

Thanks, I will pass it on.
Sorry I forgot to ping you to the thread when I posted it, but you made it anyway. Thank you for your kind words and prayers.
God Bless

Prayers up for this brave young lady and her child. May God grant her peace of mind and spirit, a wonderful and loving child who is always a joy to her heart, and all the blessings He can bestow.
When she is ready, Lord, send her an understanding and loving man, too, who will love this child as his own and be someone she can cleave to. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Heartfelt prayers for this person and her family.
Such a terrible circumstance to happen to such a devout person! One cannot know the will of God but somehow I think this child will be very special, and is there for a reason.
Again, we can't know.

Sorry, BG. I'm sort of sick right now and didn't flag wagglebee. Afterwords, I figured wagglebee may just forward the whole thread to the principals. So then I went back to bed!
I wuv my mattress right now... ;-)

I pity your sister for having had to grow up with a thorn-in-the-flesh who would question her integrity before defending her honor.
