Exactly (sarcasm to the extreme). Do you remember all the doom and gloom predictions in 2004 right here on FR and how some extremely smart freepers ( again sarcasm to the extreme) told us Republicans were so weak that we were going to lose the White House and the Congress.

They have achieved the political savvy to win, they have juuuuust started to understand (after 25 years) that the republicans represent the mainstream majority views held by the ACTUAL voters of the USA.

They may not loose but weakness gives life to the democrat ("gay") party. Instead of wiping them out into the ash heap of history, such weakness gives the gadflies life.
