This really is a sad case. So many well-meaning people attempting to explain what happened and why. Crazy people do crazy things and unless you are the same kind of crazy you cannot understand. I grieve for this young woman and her family.

We do not know the whole story.

Watch Whoraldo's show. Fox has sent him to Aruba, I think.

Whoraldo will get to the bottom of this case for all of us. (*snicker,* snicker*)

I'm also thinking...upper class guy, romantic island. His Dad is a judge, didn't they say?

For all we know, she'd done the "love at first sight" deal and was going off to say goodbye. I could see that happening pretty clearly--that was how I found Mr. SoVa.

You bet, if that's what it takes to get real justice!

Justice, by whatever means necessary.

if Natalee had been a chubbly little dump with bad skin...

She'd still be alive.

Those guys wouldn't have given her a second glance.

NO it is NOT analogous... she wasn't Wronged or Disrespected or have anything unjust done to her... she just made a bad choice...

then you ask me what i would do if somebody DID something TO ME that is against what's accepted in society???

that is NOT analogous...please try again

Justice, by whatever means necessary.

So, if an American were to kill a visiting German or Polish or Pakistani tourist you woule advocate that their tourism board advise them to stop coming here until justice is served?

I am glad you are teaching abstinence...for some reason, the dems act like the word "abstinence" is a bad word!!

BTW, off subject, how is your niece? I have been remiss in looking for your prayer thread for her, to keep up on her condition.

You have made the definitive statement that we are all responsible for our own actions.

I am asking at what age does this responsibility start.

Thus far you haven't been able to provide an age.

( I am also still awaiting your answer as to your responsibility in the matter of your winding up in the ambulance. )

At my house, common sense was taught & learned from the time they could walk.

Same at out house.

I'm trying to figure out the tarionale around here. She is 17. That makes her a MINOR. Who is responsible for her? At what age are her parent's no longer responsible? At what age does she no longer need adult supervision? At what age does she become her own guardian?

Leaving a passport in your hotel room is an extremely poor thing to do

So was getting in a car w/3 strangers, especially, late at night.

Funny flick.

Stars Jack Lemon and some buxomly Italian actress; it was the first time I think the term "Roofers" for a drug was introduced to the movie public in a Family film.

It's worth the rental price and a night curled up on the couch with a big bowl of popcorn and a Soda.
