Apparently upset at Hannity’s drawing interest to the good work of the Minutemen, Arizona State Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, under the auspices of the ACLU, demanded Hannity’s arrest.

Yep. The ACLU wants us to let illegals in unfettered and hindered efforts by the Minutemen to engage in a legal citizen's watch along the border.

But let a citizen hop over the fence and come back, and they demand his arrest.

Like all rogue liberal groups nowadays, they are oblivious to their own irony.

Even more ignorant and ridiculous is that Sean Hannity never entered Mexican territory. It's my understanding that the area where Sean was standing is 5' wide buffer zone, a no-mans-land, if you will, belonging to neither nation. When desperate, fabricate a violation and hope it has enough sticking power to embarrass the subject...

ACLU is an arm of the Democrat Party.

"Arizona State Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, under the auspices of the ACLU, demanded Hannity’s arrest."

I'm a born-again Christian, and that prevents me from
vividly descrbing what I think of Krysten Sinema. Let ms
just say that I think Sinema's integrity and character would not stand the probe of a mosquito. Neither, I think, would the character of our local ACLU or its director.

What they leave out of the story is that there is a "no man's land" section that runs between the two countries, so Hannity did not step into Mexico and back into the USA.

But .. even if he did .. they all seem to think it's okay for every ILLEGAL person in the world to do exactly the same thing.

Also .. there is legislation working it's way through congress re helping to shut down the ACLU factory of lawsuits.

Yes, but even when Sean "went through the whole in the fence" (which is a more clear discription of what actually transpired) he was STILL on American soil, in the buffer zone. He NEVER left American soil!

There is something in law called a "Writ of Quo Warranto" and that means "by what authority." That can be used to FORCE the State into protecting the borders IF it decides to go after Hannity. Otherwise, the state and the officials can be held liable and sued for "discriminatory enforcement."

This applies to the Feds as well. And since most state's attorney's generals routinely ignore these things, and since border enforcement is *generally* a federal issue, if the state is attempting to prosecute the action and refuses the Writ of Quo Warranto, you can then go into Federal Court on that Writ under FRCP (Federal Rule of Civil Procedure) 81.

With a good, creative lawyer, Hannity has nothing to be concerned about and properly framed and publicized, this thing could EXPLODE in the ACLU's face!!!
