I thought the Sedition Act had been ruled uncostitutional by the SCOTUS shortly after WWII ended or was it after Korea Got started, anyways that's why we couldn't use the sedition act aginst the Nam Peace-Niks and Fondue Funnies.

Contradiction for sure. It says in the Koran that it is a sin to think, so these guys are damned to wherever they go.

Yeah... I think you're right. Probably ruled unconstitutional to protect the communists and their fellow travelers from McCarthy.
However, I viewed part of the video (as much as I could get to play) and those in the group were openly making seditious statements.
Perhaps NYPD could haul them in for disturbing the peace, failing to heed an order from the police to disperse, terroristic threatening, resisting arrest and littering. Mugshots, fingerprints and ID checks....the whole nine yards!

No hard to do. YOU could call one of them an effing mooselimb raghead and the ACLU would have YOU arrested for a hate crime. THEY, however, can do whatever they want. Special rules.

What in the h*ll does it take to get arrested nowadays? If you burned a koran on that same street corner you would probably be arrested.
To: BIGLOOK
I thought these slime had a permit for all of this? I also thought they didn't recognize the authority of the governement. Oh, only when it protects them from getting their 4$$ thrown in jail.

So what did they apply for?
" Hi! I'm Muhammed Al Hol. I'd like a permit to demonstrate downtown with my cell, so we can desecrate the US flag and preach sedition."
US flag $8
Permit $25
Freedom Priceless!

Personally, I would rather see them burn the flag then have it be in their hands. One they have touched it, its like any flag that has been desecrated. And it needs to be burned. Little do they know they are doing the right thing.
You are exactly right here. Once they put their mitts on the flag it is soiled. It's time that we destroy these creatures once and for all. The PC nonsense that allows them to continue breathing must end.

I wonder what would happen if somebody were to make a video of burning the Koran and roasting pork over it, or maybe tear one up and flush it on camera? I bet that would garner a lot more attention, but we're supposed to ignore it when they do it to our sacred symbols.
To: 4integrity
The muslims in question aren't burning to protest the lack of an ideal. They're burning to show complete disdain for America.
It's the context of the situation.

"Tolerance and diversity will be the death of us."
For sure. . . Liberalism's 'political correctness' is the great. . .and deliberate destroyer.
Perhaps if they just shredded a 'Gay Pride' flag; the Lib/Left would get the bigger picture. . .
Anymore, it seems beyond even the question, 'why ask why' . . .. .

You may have been the first on this thread to mention it, but these words were first and foremost in my mind after reading this.

Go ahead and visit girly bars. I guess it's okay to have sex with a white woman or two.
Not only have you fairly characterized the actions of the 19 9/11 demons, but you've also done so to a large majority of "moderate" muslims.
