Yep my Grandpa was a Democrat, but he died in 1979, I doubt that he would be one now. He was more of a Zell Miller type of guy!

I understand. All of my ancestors were Democrats. They must be turning in their graves with the way the dims have turned leftist, and I have become a Republican.

You and me both!! My Dad was a Union President, dyed in the wool Democrat. But in my heart I don't know that he would still be a Dem.....of course I still haven't had the nerve to change my registration, I'm still a registered Dem who hasn't voted for a Dem since Reagan's time, when I began to consider myself a Reagan Democrat. Guess I'm afraid my Dad will haunt me if I actually REGISTERED as a Repulican! Old habits die hard!!

Same here. My late grandfather was a die hard liberal and union member. My father told me the other day Bush stole 2 elections. Needless to say I don't talk politics with him!
