Yet there is no quorum in the senate chamber, the rats rant, the pubbies aren't even there at 2:15 to keep up the stupid discussion.

Let's forget about filibusters and nuclear options, how about a rule that the Senators have to show up for at least 8 hours a day to receive a paycheck for that day.

There already IS one...it's not enforced. Somebody tried to make Kerry/Edwards give back their checks for all the days they didn't bother to come in...didn't work.

Almost the only good thing I can find to say about The Swimmer is that he doesn't pick his up at all.
