Feingold has decided that this problem STARTED back in Jan. 2001, just as Pres. Bush took office...

"He is a divider, not a uniter"--therefore, he has caused all of this dissension in the Senate...yeah, right...

Now, he is complaining about JRB temperament---what is it with these dems...between Bolton and JRB, they seem to act like no one is allowed to have anything but a "smiley face" 24/7!!!
