The truth needs repeating.

I would not mind saying something else if anyone actually would propose a solution to the issue of Scripture saying God's will never fails yet people believe it is his will that all be saved, and yet today most people aren't Christians.

Well, how can God not be a failure if that is the case?

It's not God's failure. It is the failure of individual men.

God could have created a world of robots
who would do and say exactly what He wanted them to.
But he didn't He created man with a free will
to love him because he wants to not because 'he
is forced too.
I believe God would prefer that all men would
be saved but that is not going to happen.
Because they choose not to not because
God predestined them to be lost.
