it looks like his drunken friend either took off his shirt, that maybe a black tie he left on, or it is some kind of costume, and the other guy is pulling on the tie for a joke, looks like most typical kids that age goofing around, MAWG, you gotta get out more......
I mean when we were in Aruba, there was a toga party one night, there was a Scavenger hunt another night that involve taking off certain pieces of clothings......and so on and so forth......
