One of those emailers had the right idea... play the sound of chickens clucking through a bullhorn until he offs himself.
I can't imagine what people sitting on the freeway are thinking right now. In LA, patience on the freeway is not a common trait.
Hehehe, there's a raven nest outside my back door. Every time I go out there, mommy and daddy go nuts. I could record that, and play it at full blast. No one could stand it for long. I've been taking my smoke breaks out the front door : )
For that matter, owls aren't too quiet either....
