Go to http://maps.google.com , search for 'Alhambra, CA', then zoom in a couple of levels. Look for I-10 and Fremont. Then, switch the view in the upper right to 'satellite' .... just like being in your own private helicopter!

CHP is calling out a K-9? What on earth for?They can take him down BIG TIME! He might want to shoot himself and get it over with. Being chewed up by a dog wouldn't be a pleasant way to go.

Yeah, it's kinda outside the realm of CA highway patrol at this point. Why call the K-9 units?
They still don't even know the guy's name. He was unknown to the salvaged victim and his tag doesn't match this vehicle.
