Don't hold your breath ...
I hate it when the obvious is treated as something novel.
F. Scott Fitzgerald's made popular the saying of a good friend of his in Southern France, I forget his name: "Never apologize, never explain."
I just did a Google search for this phrase, trying to find the originator, and instead I turned up Eric Alterman and a whole list of liberals whining and bitching that President Bush never apologizes to them and never explains.
So, maybe Bush just needs to go a little further in that direction. I've often said that Democrats, Arabs, and yellow dogs are just the same. Show weakness or turn your backs on them, and they will bite your ankles.
You-Will-Find-This-Interesting Ping.
Sure as hell beats groveling don't it.
As well as every damned liberal utopian in congress and the ACLU.
Apologize to muslims for murdering us...pfftt
I believe it was the British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, and the original quote was "Never complain, never explain."
It's actually not a very useful quote for living well, but it certainly sounds good.
What would he apologize for? Sorry you blew up our WTC. Sorry your religion stinks. Sorry the world would be far better off without you.
Why not?
He is kissing Mexico's rearend with his ridiculous attitude of turning a blind eye and a deaf ear to the invasion of this country by hordes of illegal aliens crossing our southern border at will!
This is arrogance that dwarfs any stupid stunt perpetrated by scumbag Clinton I'm sorry to admit!
Where is his oath to protect and defend this nation from all it's enemies both foreign and domestic???
(If you're paying attention, the DNC has been successfully employing these approaches for the past 10 years.)
No apologies to any whining minority for anything
If Bush follows this wise counsel, what's left of the EUweenies won't be pleased.
The difference between WorldNetDaily and Scrappleface narrows every day. ;)
"Wheeler explains Wayne's "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon," made in 1948, though lesser known than many of the star's films, includes what's been called one of the top 100 movie quotes of all time. "
Maybe little known to the elites, but, true movie fans know that its one of the greatest films ever, bar none. John Ford knew how to make a movie. Having John Wayne in the movie is like icing on the cake!
"That ain't my department, sir"....Sgt Tyree to Cpt. Brittles
File this under "N" for NO F#!*ING S*#T!!!
