It may well happen as that has always been a sticking point in the PNA when they were written to require parental notification without any exceptions..... I haven't read the language of this bill so we'll see how it withstands the court test that are sure to come.

Some sick judge will just overturn it. Happens every time. Nope, this ain't California. There are trial court judges who are Democrats in Texas, but there isn't a single one at the appellate level.
